Just for fun, we thought we’d share some of the truck snaps we grabbed on our recent visit with ZF in Germany. You’ll notice the absence of good ol’ American long-nosed tractors, but if you’re a fan of cabovers, you’ve come to the right place. You'll also see some nameplates that aren't common on this side of the Atlantic.
The street photos were taken in downtown Cologne. (Of course, a dozen rigs passed by before we could get the camera out—and then, very few.)
The other photos are from the ZF demonstration of the company’s various commercial vehicle technologies, including transmissions and steering systems, used in many different truck, automotive and bus brands around the world.
